London Anique Photographer
It was antiques and collectibles photography that originally led to me setting up as a professional photographer back in 2005 after many years as an enthusiastic amateur. My experience covers furniture, paintings, glass, silverware, objects d’art, ceramics, midcentury modern and some rather unusual objects that can only be described as Zoomorphic! I have worked with a broad range of collectors, archivists, researchers and private individuals producing images for books, catalogues and gallery exhibitions.
Quite often I will photograph artifacts in a museum or gallery repository as well as at a home location or in my studio. On occasion I’ve even asked to bid at auction houses like Bonhams on behalf of my clients and then collect and photograph their purchases.
I provide a range of comprehensive services from photography through to image retouching and printing and often produce beautiful bespoke coffee table photo books for private collectors.
I can sometimes be seen on the occasional Saturday morning perusing the stalls at Portobello Road (my old stomping ground) before the tourists finish their Continental breakfasts!
You can see more details of antique photography packages and rates in the ‘about’ section of my website.
