Hampton Court Palace Wedding – Suzy and Olly
As a Hampton Court Palace Wedding Photographer I’m always reminded of King Henry VIII and the fate of his wives. Fortunately times have moved on and the brides that tie the knot at a Hampton Court Palace Wedding always leave with a huge smile. Unlike Anne Boleyn and the other wives of Henry VIII, they can look forward to many years of happiness ahead. As you’d expect Hampton Court Palace is an incredible wedding venue. It’s a perfect setting both historically and aesthetically. Situated alongside the Thames it’s one of only two surviving palaces built for Henry VIII. just look at those amazing chimneys! There are 65 acres of spectacular gardens and couples are encouraged to make good use of the Palace grounds and vast parkland. Historic Royal Palaces do a fantastic job to ensure a wonderful Hampton Court Palace Wedding.
Hampton Court Palace Wedding continued.
The ceremony was held in the Garden room. Suzy looked amazing in her dress as she carried her Bouquet of Lillys. She was accompanied by her father down the aisle lined with Bay trees dotted with white Roses. Waiting at the end was a very dapper Olly dressed in a smart grey suit. It was a lovely ceremony with readings from their friends. Afterwards guests were treated to Champagne and canapés as we took a stroll around the Palace grounds for some photos. The Bride and Groom were then led into the Garden Room by a Bagpiper. A delicious three course meal followed accompanied by speeches that were entertaining as well as moving. After cake cutting and the first dance the celebration got into full swing. An amazing day made possible by an enthusiastic Charlotte Grey and her energetic team. Another perfect Hampton Court Palace wedding. Thank you.
