A wonderful Wandsworth Wedding at Wandsworth Town Hall. Followed by an awesome reception at the Alma Pub nearby. Perfect ingredients for a Wonderful Wandsworth Wedding. Add to that a really lovely couple who injected loads of love into this special autumnal day. An exceptional couple and family and friends that radiated nothing but warmth and love. The bride was a local girl and the groom from half way around the world in New Zealand. What I especially loved about this wedding was the amount fo DIY detail the couple brought to the day. Individual finishing touches that made their day awesome and unique. The bride has a theatrical background, a skilled puppeteer. Using her creativity she crafted exquisite bouquet and flower decorations. Absolutely stunning creations. It took weeks of painstaking work. Worth it but I guess she wont want to see any paper or scissors until long after the honeymoon.
Wonderful Wandsworth Wedding
The ceremony was fun as the brides smile filled the room. A simple ceremony with heartfelt readings occasionally interrupted by small children. It added to the close knitted family atmosphere. The reception was scheduled at the Alma Pub just a short walk away. No need for transport and a good opportunity for some candid photos of the newly wed couple. We took a different route to the guests and enjoyed some time together as they both beamed with joy. The Alma is a great pub and a terrific bar. The reception for this wedding was to be held in the elegant Bramford room. The tables were assembled in a horseshoe with a buffet at the window end. Mouth watering food before speeches and then the cake cutting. Finally a first dance before all hell broke out on the dance floor! That’s what I call a wonderful Wandsworth Wedding.
